Celestron NexYZ 3-Axis Universal Smartphone Adapter
Capture still images and video with virtually any smartphone through virtually any optical device with Celestron's NexYZ DX 3-Axis Smartphone Digiscoping Kit—without even touching your screen. The NexYZ adapter design allows it to be used on spotting scopes, binoculars, and telescope eyepieces—including standard 1.25" and larger 2" telescope eyepieces. Celestron includes two rings that allow the adapter to be mounted on smaller optics, such as microscopes. Included with the kit is a remote shutter release that can be used on virtually any iOS or Android smartphone.
- Designed for use with telescopes, spotting scopes, and binoculars
- Use included adapters to fit smaller diameter optics like microscopes
- Fits eyepieces from 35 to 60mm in diameter—25mm with reducer adapters
- A spring-loaded clamping system holds the adapter securely on the eyepiece and locks in place
- Three directional knobs (X-, Y-, and Z-axis) enable you to perfectly align & center your phone's camera with the eyepiece
- Not for use on riflescopes
- Fits phones from 2.6 to 3.5" wide (65 to 90mm)
- Works with regular phone cases, but "folio-style" cases will need to be removed
- Tension adjustments to keep the phone firmly in place
- Fast adjustments make sharing the adapter with people that have different model phones easy
- Rubber pads protect the phone from scratches
- Wireless Bluetooth shutter release remote
- Connects to most Bluetooth-enabled Android or iOS smartphone
